  1. In-stock Order Processing

    1. Order Placement: Please carefully check the items you have ordered before placing an order at TCGE.HK to ensure the correctness of your order.
    2. Order Confirmation: If the order is correct, TCGE will send a confirmation email to you within 24 hours to confirm your order has been accepted.
    3. Order Preparation: Once your order is confirmed, TCGE will start preparing your items. Preparation time is usually 1-3 days.
    4. Shipping: Once your items are prepared, TCGE will send them to your registered address via the chosen shipping or pickup method. Shipping time depends on the chosen logistics service provider and is usually 3-7 days, but may be extended or early in special circumstances.
    5. Order Completion: Once the items have been shipped to your specified address, your order is complete.
    6. Note: TCGE reserves the right to correct any errors or missing orders. If you find any errors or missing orders, please contact us immediately so we can make adjustments. TCGE is not responsible for any errors in the order information provided by you.
  2. Pre-order Processing

    Important Notes:

    1. Customers need to understand their order contents, including language (Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or English).
    2. Pre-order deposit is a one-time payment and cannot be refunded once the order is placed.
    3. Refunds only occur when the supplier is unable to fulfill the order, and the full deposit will be returned to the customer. No compensation beyond the deposit will be made.
    4. Refunds are not available for delays in shipping due to supplier delays or any other reasons affecting timely delivery.
    5. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days after notification, returned to the payment method or bank account used at the time of purchase.
    6. Orders are non-transferable. If choosing in-store pickup, please present the order record and phone number or email for verification.
    7. For customers not choosing in-store pickup, the balance must be paid 2-5 days before arrival. Failure to do so will be considered as order abandonment, and no refund will be given or goods shipped.
  3. Payment Methods

    • TCGE accepts various payment methods, including cash, FPS, credit card, PayPal, and in-store payment (pre-orders must pay a deposit first). We do not accept COD, checks, or other payment methods. • Please note that once payment is completed, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

  4. Order Modification or Cancellation

    If you need to modify your order, please contact TCGE as soon as possible after placing the order, attempting to make changes or cancel before the order is shipped. Our company does not accept cancellations or refunds for pre-orders. In case of cancellation, the full pre-order deposit will be deducted. Typically, within 12 hours after placing an order, you can try to adjust certain items or cancel the entire order. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to contact [email protected] before the order is sent. If the order has already been packaged or shipped, we regret that we cannot make any modifications. To modify your order, you can contact [email protected] via email or contact our customer service representative (valid during local office hours). When contacting the Support Team, please provide your order number (e.g., #0000) and modification details to ensure a smooth process. However, if the order has already been packaged or shipped, we will not be able to make any modifications. You can check whether your order has been packaged or shipped on the order status page.   5. Refund Policy

    If you receive an item due to our error, we will take full responsibility and provide a prepaid, trackable return method. However, if you receive items that match your order correctly, returns are not accepted. We do not accept refunds for loose cards due to the high volatility of the loose card market. If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the loose cards received, such as severe scratches, missing corners, or signs of folding, you can contact us within 48 hours, and we will process a refund based on the situation. Please understand that the cards we send are not guaranteed to be flawless. If you want to buy cards in PSA 10 or BGS 10 condition, please think carefully before making a purchase. We strictly inspect all orders before shipping to avoid errors or severe card damage. However, mistakes can still happen. If you receive items you didn't order or some items are missing from your order, you can contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a prepaid return method for the buyer, including an envelope, return address, and postage, or resend the missing items. If you receive a counterfeit card, we will provide a full refund. We aim to ensure that every card game enthusiast can shop with peace of mind on our website. If you suspect that you have received a counterfeit card, please contact our professional customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We will process returned items as quickly as possible, but please note that this may take some time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
